Where do you ship?

Currently, I am only able to ship in the United States.

How long do items take to receive?

Since each item is made to order, it typically takes up to 3 weeks to receive your order. Smaller items usually take 1—2 weeks to create and larger items may take 3-4 weeks to create.

I need my item in less than 3 weeks. What do i do?

If you would like to place a rush order, please submit a custom order form. I will reach out to discuss options and pricing.

There is an item I want to order, but I have an allergy/sensitivity to the fiber used. Can an alternative be used?

If you have an allergy or sensitivity to a fiber type, please submit a custom order form stating which item you want to order and what fibers you prefer.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final and we do not accept refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out via the contact page.
